White is the appropriate color for candles used in the following types of magick: conssecration rituals, meditation work, divinations, exorcisms, and spells dealing with all forms of healing, clairvoyance, truth, peace, spiritual strength, and lunar energy.
As a healing visualization color, white symbolizes innocence, purity, and peace. It is an excellent color to use for astral travel, crystal gazing, inner peace, meditation, and summoning spirit guides. The color white helps to prevent stroke, increases breast milk in nursing women, and is ideal for treating such ailments as broken bones, calcium deficiency, and pain caused by problems of the teeth. Spells involving persons born under the astrological signs of Aries or Scorpio will be more potent if red candles are used. As a healing visualization color, red symbolizes energy and life. It is a fiery, invigorating color which is recommended fir treating such ailments as anemia, cancer, exhaustion, frostbite, leukemia, liver infections, neuraliga, and paralysis.
